2 children die

GILGIT, Oct 8: A mysterious disease claimed the lives of two children of a family and the third was admitted to a hospital in Islamabad after the doctors failed to diagnose.

Relatives of the children hailing from the Jalalabad village, 25 kms south of here, told Dawn on Tuesday that 11- year-old son and five-year-old daughter of Mukhtar Hussain died at the DHQ hospital within 48 hours after falling sick. The doctors could not diagnose the cause.
