HYDERABAD, Sept 23: A meeting of the deans of the Sindh University on Monday has finalized the admission policy for the bachelors and masters’ degree programme in the university for the academic session 2003.

The meeting was presided over by the vice chancellor, University of Sindh.

It discussed the schedule and policy for the new admissions for the session of 2003 in bachelors and masters (hons) and pass programme in all disciplines. It also reviewed the catalogue and decided that the catalogue for MPhil and PhD degree programme would be published separately.

It decided that the admission process for the new session would start in October and the pre-entry tests for the bachelors as well as the masters degree programme would be conducted in November.

It decided that no fee would be increased for admissions to the new session.

The meeting was attended by Dr Noor Mustafa Shaikh, dean, faculty of natural sciences; Dr Mumtaz Bhutto, and others.
