Hockey polls today

LAHORE, Sept 22: No major changes are expected in the top three positions of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) when the 75th Council meeting elects the new president, secretary and treasurer of the federation for the next four-year term Monday.

The Council is expected to re-elect General Mohammad Aziz Khan as president, Brig. Mussaratullah Khan as secretary and Muhammad Iqbal as treasurer of the federation, sources told Dawn Sunday.

After the elections, the PHF president will nominate two vice-presidents and two joint secretaries and will get their nominations formally approved from the 40th Congress meeting which will also meet soon after the Council.
