13 withdraw papers in Lasbela

HUB, Sept 16: In Lasbela district, 13 candidates have withdrawn their nomination papers for one national and two provincial assembly seats.

Most of those who withdrew their nomination papers were covering candidates of their parties or independent.

From the contest for NA-240, Lasbela-cum-Awaran, four candidates withdrew their nomination papers while seven candidates of the provincial assembly seats, PB-44 Lasbela-I and PB-45 Lasbela-II, withdrew.

From NA-270, Jam Mohammed Yousuf of Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-i-Azam), Maulvi Mohammed Khan and Maulvi Mohammed Saeed of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and Abdul Hameed Baloch, an independent candidate, withdrew their nomination papers.

Mohammed Usman Lasi of Balochistan National Party (Mengal), Pir Abdul Qadir Algelani of PML(QA), Abdul Karim Lasi of People’s Party Parliamentarians, Ghulam Rasool Angaria advocate of Balochistan National Democratic Party, Abdul Sattar Baloch, Mohammed Azeem Baloch of Balochistan National Movement, Mohammed Yousuf Baloch, Shah Mohammed Siddiqi of MMA and Mohammed Usman Lasi of BNP(M) withdrew from the contest for the provincial assembly seats.
