THIS is apropos of the news report ‘Varsity introduces dress code for girl students’ (Sept 26). According to the report, this dress code will apply to girl students of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Agricultural University. The measure will to a great extent help to create a sense of equality among university girls coming from different backgrounds. Uniform dress codes should be introduced in all private and government institutions to maintain social equality among students. This dress code should also apply to boys.
