Medium of instruction changed

KOHAT, Sept 8: The medium of instruction in three public government schools has been changed to English in line with the new literacy policy so as to improve the standard of education.

A notification issued here by the EDO schools and literacy said two boys and one girls schools would be called Centennial Model High Schools and the medium of instruction in the grade 6th, 7th and 8th would be English.

The schools are Government High School No 4, Government High School, Muslimabad, and Government Girls High School No 3, Kohat. The teachers of these schools were imparted six-month training at Peshawar.
