MANSEHRA, Sept 7: The relatives of a patient who expired due to the alleged negligence of the staff of the DHQ Teaching Hospital here on Saturday, blocked the road in front of the hospital in protest.

Relatives of the patient, Mohammad Zaman, resident of Sher Garh, Oghai tehsil, alleged that doctors and paramedical staff took no care of the patient and despite their repeated requests no one turned up to provide him treatment.

The angry relatives brought Zaman’s body to the road and after blocking the street they started chanting slogans against the management of the hospital. Later, a police party rushed to the spot and dispersed the crowd.
