Karachi ignored for Sri Lanka matches

KARACHI, Aug 31: Sri Lanka “A” squad is due to arrive here in Karachi Sept 14 on a 20-day tour to Pakistan to play five matches against Pakistan, according to a revised itinerary released by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Saturday.

During their stay in Pakistan, they will play two four-day first class games and besides three one-day internationals during the tour which conclude on Oct 3.

Following is tour itinerary:

Sept 14: Arrival from Colombo via Dubai and depart for Faisalabad

Sept 15-16: Nets at Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad

Sept 17-20: Four-day game at Faisalabad

Sept 21: Travel to Multan by coach

Sept 22: Nets at Multan Stadium

Sept 23-26: Four-day game at Multan

Sept 27: Nets at Multan Stadium

Sept 28: Ist one-day at Multan

Oct 1: 2nd one-day at Faisalabad

Oct 2: Nets at Gaddafi Stadium

Oct 3: 3rd one-day game at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.—APP
