HYDERABAD, Aug 8 Despite promulgation of section 144 in the district people of kutcha area and other vulnerable places in Hyderabad and Kotri are refusing to move out.
The administration is trying to shift the people of Sehrish Nagar and kutcha areas to safe places but only 350 out of 3,500 people have agreed to evacuate. There are reports
that some people were even physically resisting the evacuation process.
The administration had given 24 hours to these people to move out of Sehrish Nagar and kutcha area.
