DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Aug 29: Objections were brought on record regarding the nomination papers of Miankhel brothers and Sardar Inayatullah Khan Gandapur.

According to details, Sanaullah Khan Miankhel, a candidate for NA-24, PF-66 & PF-67 had provided provisional certificate of his BA with his documents. He was asked by the returning officer to produce the original degree, but, so far, he seems to have failed to do so.

The returning officer has objected to the testimonials submitted by Umar Farooq Khan Miankhel, a candidate for NA-25 (Tank), PF-64, PF-65, PF-66, PF-67, as these institutions are not dully recognized. Hence, these will need confirmation by various agencies.

Faisal Amin Gandapur, also a candidate for PF-67 has submitted his objection to the papers of Sardar Inayatullah Khan for being a defaulter of Rs33.906 towards the agriculture department.

Khan’s nomination papers for PF-65, PF-66 and PF-67 were accepted. The agriculture department has been asked to produce relevant record on Aug 30.

Nomination papers of 80 candidates were sent to different departments for financial clearance as none of them had provided clearance certificate of credits, utility bills, etc.
