HYDERABAD, Aug 24: Justice Muhammad Moosa Leghari of Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, here the other day ordered the initiation of disciplinary action against a sub-inspector of police of Digri for registration of a false case against two applicants, Muhammad Siddiqui and Muhammad Ashraf.

The judge quashed the proceedings of a case against the applicants which was pending before the judicial magistrate of Kot Ghulam Muhammad.

The court said the copy of the order should be sent to the Additional IGP, Hyderabad region and the District Police Officer, Mirpurkhas.

The order was passed following an application, filed by Muhammad Siddiqui and Muhammad Ashraf, seeking to quash the proceedings of a case against them.
