KPT, NBP in PFF Cup final

KARACHI, March 5 The Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) won their respective semi-finals to set up title clash in the PFF Cup on Friday.

Captains Abdul Aziz (NBP) and Akhtar Mamil (KPT) were the star performers who played key roles for their teams.

The NBP snatched a 1-0 win over Balochistan at Malir's Colony Sports Stadium while identical scoreline was recorded when hosts KPT inflicted a 1-0 win on national champions Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) at the Benazir Complex Ground.

The final will be played on Sunday at 330pm while the bronze-medal encounter will be held on Saturday at 430pm.—APP
