HYDERABAD, Aug 11: The President, Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Students Federation, Qadir Channa, has criticized the rangers for taking over the possession of Islamia Degree College, Badin.

In a statement issued here on Saturday, Channa said on the one hand poor students had been deprived of their right to education due to the inordinate increase in fees and on the other, hundreds of educational institutions in the province had been occupied by influential people, police and rangers.

He demanded of the Sindh governor and other authorities concerned to get the Islamia Degree College and other educational institutions vacated.
