Matter of dual nationality taken up with US

LAHORE, Aug 6: Justice Tassadaq Hussain Jillani of theLahore High Court was informed on Tuesday by Deputy Attorney-General Khawaja Saeeduz Zafar that the matter of “dual nationality with the US was in pipeline and a notification in this regard would be issued within two months.”

The DAG said that after the notification PakistaniAmericans could contest election for legislature.

Later the courtadjourned the hearing for tomorrow.—APP
