MANCHESTER, Aug 4: Petria Thomas kicked off the final night of Commonwealth Games swimming Sunday with her third individual butterfly gold medal - her fourth gold of these Games - in the 200m butterfly.

The reigning world champion was never headed winning in 2min 08.40sec.

England duo Georgie Lee was second in 2:10.73 with Margaretha Pedder in third in 2:11.60.

She had already won the 50m and 100m fly titles. When she won the 100m she became just the second swimmer to win the same event at three Games in a row.—AFP
