SARGODHA, Aug 3: At least 20 people, including prayer leader, were rounded up on Saturday under Section 16 MPO in Chak 104-A Shumali, Sargodha district.

Hafiz Abdul Hameed had allegedly delivered a ‘provocative’ speech during his juma sermon which became a cause of annoyance for the followers of other sect. Five people, including Nasir, Atta Muhammad, Sarfraz, Sajjad and Pervez along with four unidentified armed men entered the mosque and scuffled with their opponents, including Gul Muhammad, Fateh Muhammad, Mulazim Hussain, Ahmed Sher, Nusrat Abbas and Amjad Khan. Most of the people of both sects sustained injuries.

Saddar police have booked 20 people of both factions.
