KARACHI: MBBS results announced

KARACHI, Aug 2: Khawaja Ahmed Salman Zaki of Karachi Medical and Dental College secured first position in the final professional MBBS annual examination.

He obtained 2002 marks out of a total of 2700, according to the result notification announced by the examinations department of Karachi University.

Saira of the same institution with 2001 marks bagged the second position.

Imran Ahmed Sethi of Dow Medical College with 1999 marks was declared third.

According to statistics, 1054 candidates appeared in the examination and of these 702 were declared successful with a pass percentage of 66.60.

A Karachi University announcement said that the marks certificates are being issued.

The candidates have been directed to collect the same from their respective college.—APP
