BAHAWALPUR, July 25: Local Civil Judge Zaigham Abbas on Thursday ordered the Samasatta police to book a DSP and two inspectors who allegedly implicated a man in a dacoity case and harassed him.

Plaintiff Ashiq Husain submitted before the judge that he was an eyewitness to a murder case in which some of the accused were relatives of Samasatta police inspector Mamoon Rashid. He said the inspector threatened him not to record evidence.
