KARACHI, Nov 5: Mumtaz Ali Bhutto, chairman, Sindh National Front (SNF), has said that Pakistan should unite all the Muslim nations to prevail upon the Anglo-Americans to stop killing civilians in Afghanistan and reducing the whole country to a pile of rubble.

Addressing party workers at his Karachi residence, he said that the only difference between the Sept 11 incident in America and war against the Afghan people is that state terrorism is far more harmful than private terrorism.

He said no purpose is being served by the Anglo-American war against the vanquished people of Afghanistan. On the contrary, this war had produced a panic and shattered nerves in America and UK rather than amongst the Afghan people.

“It is also puzzling as to what is meant by the repeated threats by President Bush that this is going to be a long war,” he observed, adding the question arises against whom because it will not take much longer to destroy Afghanistan. It is then the intention of the Anglo-Americans to flatten one Muslim country after another.—PPI
