Pakistan condemns killings

ISLAMABAD, July 14: Pakistan on Sunday condemned the killing of a number of civilians and injuries to many others in a terrorist attack on the outskirts of Jammu on Saturday.

The motivation behind the attack seemed to be to enhance tension in the region, a statement issued here said.

It called upon the Indian government to end its repression in Jammu and Kashmir and to adopt the path of reason, justice and dialogue to resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
