KARACHI: Transporters’ group opposes strike call

KARACHI, July 9: The National Transport Ittehad has announced that they will not take part in the transport strike in the city on July 13.

In a statement on Tuesday, the NTI chairman, Saleem Khan Bangash, announced that transport will ply as usual on July 13.

He said that in the last one week, there have been two meetings with the City Nazim, DCO, CCPO and DIG Traffic in which transporters’ problems were discussed in detail.—APP
