Two gunned down

NAWABSHAH, Nov 2: A man and a girl were gunned down reportedly over Karo-kari in a village near 60-Miles on Thursday.

Ghulam Abbas Brohi, aged 25 years, and his cousin Sakina Birohi, 20, were shot dead in village Char Chak Suhelo near 60- Miles for allegedly having illicit relations.

Ghulam Abbas, resident of Larkana, had come to visit the Urs of Jam Sahab and had been residing in the house of his uncle Haji Bangal Brohi, father of Sakina, in village Char Chak Suhelo.

Their dead bodies were brought to PMCH here for post mortem.

The 60-Miles police have lodged FIR No. 43/2001 against Mohammed Siddiq Brohi and Mohammed Yousuf Brohi.

However, an official of the police station said that it could not be said with conviction that the both were killed for Karo- kari before the investigation reached a final stage.

ABDUCTED: A man, Mohammed Bux, resident of Nawabshah Housing Society, lodged an FIR with the A-section police station against three men Yousuf, Essa and Hussain alleging that they barged into his house and kidnapped his wife Ramzana, 35, and his son.
