PESHAWAR, June 25: The staff of Sungi Development Foundation has expressed deep sorrow over the death of former federal minister Omar Asghar Khan on Tuesday.

Terming the death of Mr Omar Asghar untimely, a spokesman for the organization lauded the services he rendered as a social activist, an Executive Director of Sungi and as a federal minister for local government and rural development.

The spokesman termed the loss irreparable not only for the people of Hazara but also for the entire country.

At a meeting held at the Sungi offices, the staff condoled the death of Omar Asghar.
