PESHAWAR, June 19: A four-day meeting of ex-senators, MNAs, MPAs and PML(QA) office-bearers from all districts of NWFP concluded here on Wednesday.

The meeting was presided over by PML(QA) provincial president Salim Saifullah Khan.

Issues pertaining to the upcoming general elections, nomination of candidates, distribution of party tickets and possible alliances with other political parties came under discussion during the meeting.

Besides, unification of various factions of PML also figured in the meeting.

The concluding session of meeting was attended by members of southern districts of NWFP, including Syed Iftikhar Hussain Gillani, Prof Pareshan Khattak, Hidayatullah Khan Afridi and others.
