ISLAMABAD, Oct 31: All Haji camps established at Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta will start receiving applications under the Open Haj Scheme 2002, from November 1.

Haji camps have already issued application forms from September 1, which after duly filled-in by intending pilgrims, will be received from November 1 to 14, at the same Haji camp from where it was issued, official sources in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr said here.

Under this scheme duly attested by Director (H), Makkah Mukarramah at SR:5/- per person, necessary foreign exchange as per regulations of SBP and Rs.2,000 to be paid to the Ministry of Religious Affairs as processing fee per person.

This amount will be deposited in the Pilgrims Welfare Fund, the sources said. The pilgrims will be allowed to take accommodation at Harmain-i-Sharifain and airline of their choice.—APP
