HYDERABAD, June 13: A workshop was organized by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization, to commemorate the world day against child labour at the community centre here on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Mohan Lal, who was the chief quest, said children, especially poor children, should not only be given formal education but they should also be given technical education.

He said getting education was children’s right. He said it was the equal responsibility of the civil society to take care of the poor children.
