SAHIWAL, June 10: A hairdresser and his worker were found dead at the upper story of their house here on Monday.

The post-mortem report revealed that poisonous milk became the cause of their death.

Zafar Iqbal and Inayatullah were the hairdressers of prostitutes in the local red light area. On Monday, they both were found dead under mysterious circumstances.

City police have registered a case and are investigating.

WAGON LOOTED: A wagon was looted early on Monday on the Noorshah-Gamber Road near Chak 60/4-R.

The wagon (Karachi-9119-193) was going from Gamber to Faisalabad via Noorshah when robbers intercepted it after blocking the road. Armed robbers deprived passengers Ramzan, Ajmal, Dildar, Zafar Ahmed, driver Ahmed Din, Ashran Bibi, Razia Sultana, Paras Bibi and Khadeeja of their cash and ornaments worth Rs140,000 and disappeared.

Noorshah police have registered a case.

QADRI: The image of Pakistan has improved further due to the action taken against the terrorism by the present rulers.

This was stated by Punjab Minister of Religious Affairs and Evacuee Trust Mufti Ghulam Sarwar Qadri while speaking at a religious gathering at Noorshah on Monday.
