PESHAWAR, May 5: A widow, Riffat Yasmin, wife of late Mohammad Yousaf of Landi Arbab, has appealed to the higher authorities to get her property vacated from an illegal occupant.
Mr Yousaf had rented out his 10 shops and some houses to Ayub Khan, a resident of Hazar Khwani.
But when Ms Yasmin after the death of her husband tried to get back the possession of the property, the tenant refused to vacate the shops and houses.
She has requested the NWFP governor, to help her in getting back her property located in Awan Mansion near Haji Camp.
