PESHAWAR, April 16: Telephone numbers of the Khyber Exchange, with EMD prefixes 40 through 45, will convert to a digital system starting Thursday, April 18, 2002.
The conversion process would be completed in stages, says a PTCL press release issued here on Tuesday.
The last four digits of the phone numbers would not change, after conversion, it said. For example, a new number would read as 570-4792 instead of 4-4792.
