Operation theatres established

DADU, April 10: Four operation theatres have been set up at medical, surgical, orthopaedic, gynaecological and emergency casualty wards of the Civil Hospital, Dadu.

It was said by Dr Javed Ahmed Dawach, the civil surgeon of the hospital, while speaking at the opening ceremony of emergency casualty ward on Wednesday.

He said that to fulfil the public demands gynaecologist and cardiologist were appointed in the hospital, while the closed wards were opened and staff was appointed.

He admitted that owing to shortage of the equipments the doctors had faced difficulties during operations, but now the required equipments were purchased to provide facilities to the patients.

He advised the citizens to inform him about irresponsible attitude of the hospital staff and assured them that he would take action against them.

ROBBERY: Four armed men barged into the office of the Nazim, UC Channa, in the village Arazi taluka Sehwan on Wednesday.

They injured the watchman and robbed valuables.
