US army team calls on CGS

ISLAMABAD, Feb 13: A five-member US delegation, led by Lt-Gen Mikolashek, Commanding General Third US Army, called on Wednesday on the Chief of General Staff, Pakistan Army, Lt-Gen Shahid Aziz Khan, at the General Headquarters.

Lt-Gen Mikolashek, who is currently on an official visit to Pakistan, remained at the GHQ and discussed matters relating to defence cooperation, a press release of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

Lt-Gen Mikolashek also met the DG of the Joint Staff, Lt-Gen Syed Parwaiz Shahid, along with his delegation at the Joint Staff Headquarters, it added.
