PESHAWAR, July 9: The Awami National Party has alleged that the MMA-led provincial government is removing the subject of Pashto from the syllabus under a planned conspiracy.
ANP provincial secretary-general Mian Iftikhar Hussain said in a press statement issued here on Sunday that whosoever had tried to do away with the subject of Pashto from the course failed in the past and Pashto became much stronger.
He said that the most of the parties in the NWFP were losing ground and people were joining the ANP in large numbers.
