Rocket blast creates panic

SANGHAR, June 4: A rocket explosion spread panic in and around the Cadet College, Jam Nawaz Ali, on Monday.

The peasants of a landlord Pir Bukhsh Mari put twigs and dry grass on fire to clean the land.

Due to the heat of fire a rocket, which was buried there by some unknown person, exploded with a big bang.

After being informed the Jam Nawaz police reached the spot and took the pieces of the explosive device and are investigating.

The local people are of the view that some bandits might had buried the rocket there for future use.

WAR THREAT: The Tharis (ie the people of Thar), who reside near the border area adjacent to Rajisthan (India), are extremely worried about a war breaking out between India and Pakistan.

On the other hand, most of the Hurs of Pir Pagara, considered masters of desert warfare have left for the front.
