KARACHI, June 3: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement condemned on Monday the government’s decision to extend the National Finance Commission Award for one more year, saying it would deprive smaller provinces of their due share in national resources.

Deputy Convener of the MQM Aftab Ahmed Shaikh claimed, in a statement, that the establishment had unleashed another round of injustice against smaller provinces of the country, especially Sindh, in the matter of distribution of NFC award.
