He was speaking to the members of parliament at the Prime Minister's House here on Friday.

Chaudhry Shujaat said that he and Prime Minister Jamali had talked with Maulana Fazlur Rehman and he had promised to participate in all NSC meetings.

The PML chief said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman had said that this was an agreement between civilians and that he would honour it. "We would go together," were his words, Chaudhry Shujaat said.

He said: "We asked him to raise whatever issue they felt necessary in the Parliament but whenever NSC discussed any national issue he would rise above party interests."-APP
