JACOBABAD, Feb 5: A man and a woman were killed on the pretext of Karo-kari in Gulsher Mohalla, Kandhkot town on Thursday. Malookan was in her house when her uncle Bhooral shot her dead. Then the accused killed Ali Dost in his house and escaped.

Malookan's father, Sanwal, and Ali Dost's brother, Abdul Karim, lodged an FIR at the A-section police station Kandhkot.

The bodies were taken to the Kandhkot hospital for autopsy.

In another incident, a man, Luqman Ogahi, killed his mother, Jannat Khatoon, on the pretext of Karo-kari in Ghulam Rasool Ogahi village on Wednesday.

Ramzan Ogahi, the brother of the woman, lodged an FIR at the Ghouspur police station.

ACCIDENT: A motorcyclist, Kamil, was killed in an accident on the Indus Highway on Thursday. A pickup hit Kamil, killing him on the spot. The Bukhshapur police lodged an FIR.
