PESHAWAR, April 20: District and Sessions Judge Shahjehan Akunzada ordered the Kotwali police on Wednesday to register an FIR under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code against two constables allegedly involved in the murder of a boy in an encounter in Kashmariyan area.

The petitioner prayed before the court that Fazle Subhan, 15, was allegedly shot dead by Kotwali police on suspicion of being involved in a robbery.

Constables Zakir and Nek Amal were the main accused in the case, the petitioner said. Police claimed that Fazle Subhan was killed in an encounter on Jan 24 at Tede Gate.—APP
