HYDERABAD May 31: The elected representatives of Taluka Hyderabad city on Friday took out a Defence of Pakistan Rally under the committee to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army.

The rally, which was jointly led by Qazi Nisar, Abdul Hameed Shah and Ghulam Mohammed Qureshi, was taken out from Al-Mustafa Mosque, Paretabad, and ended after marching through various roads.

Speaking to the rallyists, the speakers said that the Indian government was trying to exert pressure on Pakistan by deploying lacs of troops along the borders. They added that the enemies of Pakistan must realise that Pakistani people were ready to sacrifice their lives for the defence of their homeland.—APP
