KARACHI, April 3: Educationists reminded that mere commemoration and celebration of national days was not enough and urged local youth to focus on achieving the objectives set by their leaders to excel as a nation. These views were expressed by Chairman, International Relations Department, Karachi University and Commander (retd) Najeeb Anjum, principal of Sir Adamjee Institute at a programme organised as part of the Pakistan Day celebrations.

The speakers advised the youth to make optimum use of their acumen and the available resources to help themselves be groomed as respectful members of the society instead of getting trapped by unscrupulous elements.

On the occasion the experts also called upon the policy makers to come forward with a pragmatic approach towards the tremendous natural resource available in form of extremely intelligent manpower. — APP
