SUKKUR, March 26: The EDO (education) has announced that the selection committee would conduct interviews for the posts of primary school teachers in various parts of the district from March 28 to May 9. According to an official press statement issued here on Saturday, candidates belonging to Pano Akil taluka would be interviewed at the Government Main Primary School (Urdu), Pano Akil, from March 28 to April 12; in Rohri taluka, interviews would be conducted at the Government Main Primary School, Rohri, from April 14 to 19. Likewise, in Salehpat taluka, interviews would be conducted at the ADOE (M) office, Salehpat, on April 23 and 25; whereas candidates of Sukkur taluka would appear for interview at the Government Main Primary School, Sukkur, from April 26 to May 9. The interviews will be held from 9am to 4pm daily, excepting holidays. Candidates have been advised to produce original admit card along with a residence certificate signed by the union council nazim concerned, domicile, NIC and other relevant documents at the time of interview. LOOTED: Highwaymen looted and tortured some villagers near Kot Mir Mohammad village, Faiz Mohammad Bindo police station jurisdiction, Khairpur district, late on Thursday night.Haji Wazir, Ali Kholar, Ali Sher Kholar, Ali Gul Shah, Nisar Hussain Shah, and others were on way to their village when a group of armed bandits intercepted them, looted cash worth thousands of rupees, tortured the villagers, and fled.

ARMY RECRUITMENT: The Army Selection and Recruitment Office, Sukkur, has announced that recruitment would be carried out at the town committee, Salehpat, on March 30.
