QUETTA, March 21: Entire Balochistan province has been declared calamity-hit owing to the devastation caused by recent heavy rains, floods and snowfall. According to a notification issued by the provincial government on Monday, the decision comes into force with immediate effect and the recovery of tax on agricultural land and income for the year 2005-6 has been suspended till June 30, 2006.—PPI
