KARACHI, March 11: The All-Sindh Kehar Welfare Association has demanded removal of hurdles which it says are being created by officials in the way of establishing a free dispensary and community centre in Mehran Colony, E-I Area of Khokhrapar.

In a statement, the association claimed that despite directives of the president, three orders of the Sindh Local Government Department and payment of challan on April 9, 2004 for plot Nos 27 and 28, the Sindh Katchi Abadis Authority was delaying grant of NOC to the association.
