Russia proposes bomber sale to China

MOSCOW, Jan 13: A top Russian military officer raised on Thursday the possibility of selling strategic bombers to China as the two countries prepared to hold their first-ever joint military manoeuvres.

"We will perform better with new aviation material during the joint exercises," General Vladimir Mikhailov, chief of staff for the Russian Air Force, said at a news conference. -AFP
