KINGSTON, May 27: The second one-day international between West Indies and India was abandoned without a ball being bowled on Sunday.

Heavy rain over the last few days had left the Sabina Park pitch sodden which also resulted in Saturday’s first match of the five-game series being washed out.

The third match is scheduled to be played on Wednesday in Bridgetown, Barbados.

MATCH ABANDONED: Rain forced the four-day tour match between Glamorgan and Sri Lanka to be abandoned as a draw on Sunday. There had been no play on the last three days.

Scores: Sri Lanka 337-7 (K.Sangakkara 113, H.Tillakaratne 81, S.Jayasuriya 57; A.Wharf 4-71)—Reuters
