HARIPUR, Nov 28: Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk has said that efforts were afoot to further improve the performance of the district judiciary. This he said while talking to judges during his visit to the district courts here on Saturday.

Speaking to the judges and district magistrates, the chief justice said that he would also visit the lower courts and take steps to solve the problems faced by the district judiciary. He assured them of every possible help for administration of justice and redressing the grievances of public at large.

Responding to the demand for additional court rooms and residences for judges and judicial magistrates, the chief justice directed the department concerned to acquire land adjacent to the district courts for court rooms and for residences near the central jail.
