LOS ANGELES, May 25: Chris Webber scored 26 points and Mike Bibby added 24 to lead the Sacramento Kings to a convincing 103-90 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game Three of the Western Conference Finals on Friday.

Sacramento leads the best-of-seven series 2-1 with Game Four in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Kings dominated from the opening few minutes until the game was over, leading 32-15 after one quarter. The Lakers closed to within 52-40 at the half but Sacramento pulled away again to lead 75-52 after three quarters.

Despite a brief Lakers comeback attempt in the fourth quarter that at one stage pulled Los Angeles within 11 points, the Kings were never really threatened. Only six Sacramento players scored, but all were in double figures.

Doug Christie had 17 points and pulled down 12 rebounds for the Kings, while Hidayet Turkoglu scored 14 points. Wade Divac and Bobby Jackson were the only other Kings to score, both adding 11 points to the offense.

Kobe Bryant, still recovering from a bout of food poisoning, had 22 points for Los Angeles but most of those came when the game was out of reach in the second half.

Shaquille O’Neal collected 20 points and 19 rebounds, while Lindsay Hunter added 14 points and Brian Shaw 10.

The Lakers were poor from the field, shooting just 35 percent to 49 percent for the Kings.
