QUETTA, Sept 5: Provincial Pakistan Muslim League General Secretary Jaffar Khan Mandokhel said on Sunday that some elements were creating obstacles in the organization of the party and the PML's central leadership had not fulfilled promises made with him.

Talking to newsmen, Mr Mandokhel said some elements did not want the party to take roots in the public and secret agencies had been asked to keep his movement under surveillance.

He said the party leadership should implement the promises made with him.
