ISLAMABAD, July 6: Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Tuesday assured full protection to diplomatic community in Pakistan.
Talking to Deputy High Commissioner of United Kingdom in Pakistan Mark Sedwill , who called on him at the Prime Minister's House, he said there was no cause of alarm at all.
The prime minister said law enforcement agencies were ever vigilant. He also reiterated the government's resolve to establish the writ of law throughout the country. The deputy high commissioner stayed with the prime minister for some time and discussed bilateral issues. - APP
OUR REPORTER ADDS: Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has stressed the need for forging unity among the ranks of Muslim world and for restructuring the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC).
Muslims needed to have common perspective on global issues, and they should devise strategies to respond to the challenges posed by such issues, Mr Hussain said while speaking to an 18- member delegation of Islamabad-based Arab ambassadors at the Prime Minister's House.
