KARACHI, July 4: Pakistan People's Party Parliamentarian leader Mawab Mohammad Yousuf Talpur has criticised the policies of the government which, he said, would weaken the democratic system.

The member of central executive committee told a group of party workers from Mirpurkhas on Sunday that the exit of Mir Zafarullah Jamali showed that sovereignty of parliament was being reduced by a supra-constitutional body wherein decisions were being taken by overriding parliament.

He said the instability was causing hardships to the people adding miseries to their lives. Mr Talpur asked the party workers to prepare themselves for fresh elections as the present system was bound to collapse due to wrong policies of the government.
