ISLAMABAD, June 17: President General Pervez Musharraf on Thursday continued attending his chamber in parliament house for second day to establish direct interaction with the elected representatives in his chamber.

Among those who called on the president, included Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali, Speaker of National Assembly Chaudhry Amir Hussain and a 19 treasury MNAs from various divisions of Punjab province.

The president has already met two groups of treasury parliamentarians each on Monday at Aiwan-i-Saddar and on Wednesday at his chamber in parliament house. Similar meetings will continue over the next few days.

Those who attended the meeting included, Chaudhry Umar Ahmed Ghuman, Ali Asjid Malhi, Zahid Hamid Khan, Riffat Javed Kahlon, Zulfiqar Ahmed Dhillon, Muhammad Saeed Vir, Khurram Munawar Manj, Mian Shamim Haider, Bilal Ahmad Virk, Rai Mansab Ali Khan, Sardar Tufail Ahmed Khan, Sardar Asif Nakai, Rai Muhammad Aslam Kharal, Syed Gulzar Sabtain Shah, Nawab Amanullah Khan, Muhammad Akhtar Khan Kanju,Malik Ghulam Maitla, Rana Tariq Javed and Rai Azizullah Khan.
